Description du poste

We are looking for a Global Operations Senior Analyst! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions are:
Strategic Operations & Performance Analysis

Lead the collections and the analysis of global operational efficiencies across logistics, manufacturing, procurement, CAPEX, and engineering in order to achieve the business target set up

Drive the adoption and effective use of a centralized performance tracking system (HERO) across all operational scopes
-
Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
System Implementation & Continuous Improvement
-
Play a key role in the global rollout of the new operational tools, including training, change management, and user adoption
-
Act as the primary interface between business and IT to enhance system functionality and usability
-
Continuously improve tools and processes to increase visibility, accuracy, and business value
Governance & Performance Reviews
-
Lead quarterly performance reviews with regional business units and global category leaders
-
Track progress against defined KPIs and ensure alignment with global operational objectives
-
Present performance outcomes and actionable recommendations to senior leadership on a scheduled basis
Data Visualization & Reporting
-
Partner with BI teams to develop robust, business-facing dashboards (Power BI)

Ensure KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies are consistently applied
-
Maintain data integrity, accuracy and governance across all reporting systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other key functions to align on priorities

Ensure methodology and reporting practices are consistently applied between Operations and finance and between global and local teams

Act as a bridge between global and regional teams to facilitate execution and consistency
Project & Change Management
-
Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, timelines, and deliverables
-
Drive structured change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and adoption tracking
-
Anticipate risks and resistance, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful and sustainable change

5+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, or a related analytical role.

Solid understanding of supply chain management, and financial principles.

Solid knowledge of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement
-
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

English at professional level is mandatory
