To support this mission, we are looking for a Digital & IT Service Operations Performance lead to shape and elevate how Digital & IT services are delivered, measured, and continuously improved across the company worldwide.
Working closely with the VP GDIT Operations and other Operations leaders, this is a highimpact leadership role at the heart of our Global Digital & IT Operations, combining service excellence, financial governance, ITLT process maturity, and stakeholder trust, across multiple domains including infrastructure, end-user services, enterprise Businesses applications, Security and SAP, Data platform.
Your key responsibilities

Oversee the performance management of Digital & IT Operations, representing over half of the organization's total IT spending.

Support Operations leadership in budget management, financial planning, and performance tracking across IT operations.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility on IT service performance and financial outcomes.

Drive cross-domain performance analysis, ensuring consistency and alignment across infrastructure, end-user services, and business applications.

Own and evolve the global IT service and product catalogue, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with business needs.

Analyze service consumption, costs, and value delivered to business units to support data-driven decision-making and ROI measurement.

Collaborate with IT leaders and business stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and operational improvements.

Contribute to the development of a strong FinOps & GreenOps culture across Digital & IT operations.

Manage and develop a team member responsible for the operational platform supporting service management activities.
Your profile & expertise
-
Solid experience in IT operations, service management, or IT performance management within complex organizations.

Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
-
Good knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and service performance measurement.

Experience managing or optimizing IT service catalogues and service lifecycle processes.
-
Ability to analyze service performance across multiple IT domains.
-
Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on end-user experience and service value.

Fluent in English.
