As Senior Packaging Equipment Engineer, you will lead the development and improvement of packaging equipment to support product, packaging and system innovation. You will provide technical guidance from the initial concept through factory installation and start-up, working closely with R&D, Operations, factories, procurement, suppliers and other partners.
Ingénieur Équipements de Conditionnement F/H
En tant qu'Ingénieur Senior en Équipements de Conditionnement Industriel, vous piloterez le développement et l'amélioration d'équipements industriels afin de soutenir l'innovation des produits, des emballages et des systèmes. Vous apporterez votre expertise technique depuis la phase de concept jusqu'à l'installation et au démarrage en usine, en collaboration avec la R&D, les Opérations, les usines, les achats, les fournisseurs et les autres partenaires.
Description du profil
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
At least 6 years' experience with packaging equipment and strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems
Fluency in English (spoken and written), any other language is a plus
Willingness to travel for work assignments
A collaborative, service-oriented approach, with openness, curiosity, transparency, flexibility and strong teamwork skills
The ability to manage several projects or activities at the same time and lead small project teams or cross-functional working groups
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn technical analysis into effective business solutions.
