YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US
As part of our global expansion strategy, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Global Marketing Team a Marketing Manager (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Marketing, you will join a dynamic team based at one of our European offices.
You will work closely with our Product Lines leadership teams, marketing operations specialists, and market intelligence experts within the framework of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and pipeline generation.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Your mission is to craft strategic marketing visions and develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive Product Lines growth, ensuring alignment between business objectives and effective marketing execution. Your role is essential to creating business value, building a healthy sales pipeline, and increasing brand awareness in the market.
You will:
• Develop and lead the elaboration of PLs' integrated marketing plans in collaboration with key PLs leaders, ensuring alignment between business goals, marketing strategy, and operational execution
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform the marketing strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create cohesive, multi-channel marketing plans that maximize impact and return on investment
• Manage the marketing budget for the PLs in scope, calling for resources effectively to support strategic initiatives
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing programs, activities, and campaigns
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for the PLs you own, advising the executive team on marketing-related decisions
• Serve as GPL Marketing SPOC for PLs interlocutors and filter out + prioritize their marketing asks based on strategy fit, budget & resources availability
