Description du poste

We are looking for a Global Consolidation Manager ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
As a Global Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for producing the Group IFRS Financial reporting. This role provides a challenging day-to-day interactions with local affiliates. You are the Affiliates key point of contact regarding all IFRS reporting matters and highly involved in the subsidiary's operations and business.
You will also have a frequent exposure to corporate functions (BP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Internal Control).
Your key missions :
The Manager leads the end-to-end consolidation process:

Perform preliminary checks on package data of the geographical area to ensure data quality;

Be the primary contact for the affiliates within in the geographical area and provide support to ensure accurate financial data on time;

Monitor transversal analysis, anticipate and communicate changes in reporting requirements and lead training sessions;

Record and validate entries managed at consolidation level;

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (controls, restitution and synthesis);

Manage the accounting impact of the M&A operations;

Responsible of the Group consolidated financial statements and contribute to Financial communication, Universal Registration Document elaboration, half-year report and consolidation book…etc.;

Manage auditor relationship regarding Group IFRS closing.
The Manager takes part on transversal projects (new tool implementation, process optimization, merger of entities, etc.).
The Manager may also be responsible for the management of Senior Analyst of the Consolidation team (review of work, performance review,
development plan, etc.)

• English and French: complete professional competences
• 5+ years of experience in financial audit / consolidation departments (IFRS consolidation preferred)
• Ability to address technical matters, in relation with other HQ teams
• Ability to overview consolidation analysts (operational subordination)
• Organized and methodical
• Communication and synthesis skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize the own work to meet strict deadlines
• Proactive and pragmatic
• Strong interpersonal skills to participate and contribute to a team environment
