Position Description:
The jobholder is accountable for developing / executing sales strategy within the country, driving sales revenue, margin, growth, and achievement of his Country objectives. It involves managing the sales and our technical team, building & maintaining strong relationships with key customers & distributors. Working closely with Regional BU/Category/Technical Managers & cross functional team to deliver sales for all Adisseo Product ranges in his/her territory.
Responsabilités:
The main duties of the jobholder include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and grow the market presence and penetration in your area, achieve sales and margin objectives
- Implement regional species strategy & pricing policy from BU to achieve revenue target and growth for the country or territory.
- Analyze and understand the market landscape, customer's needs & dynamics and identify growth opportunities for the related market segment
- Ensure comprehensive sales coverage, validates the strategy, objectives, KPI and action plans for all team members, including sales & technical.
- Ensures the right means and resources to deliver the company objectives
- Collaborate closely with the distributors to build a strong partnership, ensuring alignment of sales goals, joint strategies and effective execution of market initiatives.
- Support distributors by providing sales & technical training to their sales team about the products' features, solutions, sales approach, and the way to convince new and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement roadmap with distributors to deliver new product wins, sales & profitability.
- Overseeing the sales planning and execution of marketing & technical activities or programs that will boost & support the sales growth
- Establish networks of contact and build strong customer relationships with end-users and key decision makers.
- Involve hands-on commercial execution, create demand activation with end-customers for specialty products range. Working closely with Regional Finance & Supply Chain team to achieve the goals.
- Share sales & market information timely and accurately in Sales Force Application
- Building a team culture that focuses on information & intelligence sharing, encourage collaboration, and empower the team to perform & accountable for their goals.
- Providing strong leadership in coaching and developing team members, proactively identifying competency and skill gaps, and driving action plan to strengthen the team effectiveness in solution selling
- Assist during industry exhibits, support marketing campaign or customer seminars to be held in the country or territories.
- Ensure all policies and business practices follow regulatory requirements.
Profil:
- University degree in animal sciences, animal nutrition, or Veterinary medicine
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales or with evidence of execution results in selling Specialty products for the livestock industry in ANZ market
- Excellent team management skills
- Energetic and self-driven with good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and selling skills
