As a Partnerships Account Manager at Accor, you will have the mission to build and maintain a portfolio of partners aiming at enriching our ALL Accor loyalty program value proposition and drive new revenue generation.
You will work closely with each Regional Partnership Teams, Finance, and Product & Tech teams. The EVERYDAY team currently manages a portfolio of retail, banking, insurance, tech aggregators and payment partners with global footprints.
Your mission:
- Grow new business: You'll proactively identify & propose new partnerships/ business opportunities that fit ALL growth strategy. You will deliver the partnerships roadmap by providing ideas, inspiration, and method;
- Generate value: You'll manage on a day-to-day basis Strategic partners relationship. You will steer, challenge, influence to increase ALL Accor members usage of partner products & services and generate revenue for Accor; and build & operate compelling marketing animation plans with partners;
- Make things happen: You will use your sharp negotiation skills to get the best deals and master all areas necessary to bring partnerships to life incl. storytelling, customer offer, business model & business case, customer journey, tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost & impact (ROI);
- Simplify: Work closely with Regional Partnership teams and Accor Product & Tech and support functions (finance, legal, tax,..) to break silos and deliver meaningful projects. Manage internal dependencies to ensure the team achieves project goals, meets the highest quality standards, and delivers on time;
And you?
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a partnership account manager in Retail, Fin-tech or payment cards issuers (banks, payment network)
- Proven expertise in the field of payment, financial services or loyalty program
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- An overseas experience is highly valued
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- Willing to travel to meet with key stakeholders, partners, and attend events
