Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

Within the Distribution & Hotel Services division, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial management of Accor's portfolio of technology products and services delivered to hotels worldwide.

Your mission:

The role ensures that the hotel technology portfolio remains aligned with Accor's business strategy, supports growth and international expansion, delivers measurable value to hotel owners and operators, and provides a coherent framework for technology governance, supplier management, pricing, deployment and adoption.

Operating within Accor's asset-light model, you will act as the bridge between technology, business operations, procurement, finance, regions, brands, and hotel owners to ensure the successful deployment and continuous evolution of hotel technology foundations.

You will report directly to the VP Portfolio Management. Your responsibilities will include:

Hotel IT Service Catalog Ownership:

  • Define catalog structure, scope and governance.
  • Ensure alignment between technology offerings and Accor business objectives.
  • Continuously assess portfolio relevance against hotel operational needs and market trends.
  • Ensure coherence across core hotel systems, digital services, and third-party solutions.
  • Ensure catalog content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with standards.
  • Coordinate with Product teams, Service Owners and Hospitality Tech teams to continuously improve service offerings.

Hotel IT Standards definition:

  • Define and maintain the governance framework for Hotel IT Standards.
  • Ensure standards remain aligned with Accor's hotel operating model and technology strategy.

  • Coordinate subject matter experts, Product teams, Security, Operations, and Regions during standards definition and updates.
  • Define exceptions, waivers, and transition approaches when standards evolve.

Supplier & Vendor Governance:

  • Define governance principles for IT referenced suppliers.
  • Ensure alignment between CDT/IT and Procurement.
  • Through standards, specify the domains and services for which hotels are required to use an IT-referenced supplier, and those where hotels have flexibility.

Control PnL of IT services:

  • Develop business cases for new products and services.
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and ROI.
  • Define and govern pricing strategies for hotel technology products and services.
  • Ensure consistency of pricing policies across regions and market segments.

You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, driving portfolio decisions while ensuring services, standards, and governance frameworks deliver tangible value to hotels and owners.

Diplomatic and influential, you know how to build alignment across diverse stakeholders, including Product, Business, Regions and technology partners. Rigorous and organized, you rely on data, financial analysis, and structured governance to support decision-making, and drive adoption in an environment where influence is often more important than authority.
