Adisseo is embarking on a transformative journey to implement a global Finance Core Model and digitalize its Finance function. In this context, we are seeking a Global Finance IT Domain Leader to oversee our IT Finance Domain globally. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and efficiency of all finance-related solutions, including SAP, BFC-Magnitude, Vendor Invoice Management, and e-Invoicing.

The main mission of this role is to lead a small team of experts and significantly contribute to the digitalization of the Finance function. This includes deploying global finance solutions in acquired businesses and evolving the Finance Core Model to meet regulatory requirements at the Group level. Additionally, the role will involve leading SAP-related projects beyond Finance as needed.

• Domain Ownership: Lead and manage the IT Finance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• SAP Expertise: Provide expert knowledge in SAP FI-CO and other SAP domains, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
• Finance Systems Expertise: experienced in all key Finance solutions and digitalization of the Finance function including leveraging Artificial Intelligence
• Core Model Implementation: Drive the implementation and evolution of the Core model across the finance domain, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in Finance function is a must. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Finance, with a strong focus on SAP FI-CO. Solid expertise on other SAP modules acquired through projects and leading a multi-domains SAP team, in an industrial environment. Systems Architecture, end-to-end process expertise, data management and artificial intelligence experiences are required.
• Skills:
  • Mastery of key Finance systems (SAP, BFC, VIM)
  • Proven experience in implementing Core models in Industrial business
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent French and English are a Must
