YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US

As part of a team expansion, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Group Procurement Department an IT Buyer (F-H-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Group Senior Procurement Manager, you will join a team of 4 people based in Courbevoie (La Défense).

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of managing and optimizing Bureau Veritas Group's IT procurement portfolio in a demanding international context.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Your mission is to steer and optimize Bureau Veritas Group's IT procurement in a demanding international context, ensuring the performance and efficiency of IT acquisitions. Your role is essential to supporting the Group's growth.

You will:

• Launch tenders and lead commercial negotiations using a Quality-Cost-Delivery approach across the entire IT procurement portfolio.
• Manage hardware acquisitions, maintenance, and maintenance renewals in collaboration with technical teams.
• Steer relationships with strategic suppliers within the SRM program, engaging internal clients on the program.
• Gather and analyze IT needs from project managers and IS/IT managers to select suppliers and negotiate contractual clauses.
• Participate in cross-functional projects within the Group Procurement Department to improve the efficiency of the Procurement function.

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

Mastery of the IT supplier market - Your in-depth knowledge of French and international players, their business models, and purchasing levers will enable you to negotiate effectively.

Excellence in consultation and negotiation techniques - Enables you to secure the best commercial terms while maintaining sustainable supplier relationships.

Comfort with business law and intellectual property - Allows you to secure complex contractual clauses.

Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills - Your adaptability and rigor will enable you to thrive effectively in a demanding international environment.

Fluency in English - This is essential for the role and will be tested during the interview process.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school, with a specialization in Procurement at minimum, or equivalent.

You have at least 4 years of experience managing an IT procurement portfolio.

Perfect mastery of English and French is required.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: 65 000,00 - 70 000,00 € annually.
