At Ipsen, we are shaping the future of talent management on a global scale. We are seeking a Global Head of Talent Management & Talent Operations to design and lead our global talent management strategy and ensure operational excellence across all regions and divisions.
Location: Paris
Reporting to: Global Head of Talent
Team : Functional network of Talent Lead in countries/clusters
Working-Type : Hybrid Working
Your Mission
As the global leader for Talent Management and Operations, you will:
- Define and deploy the global Talent Management strategy, identifying key talent segments across geographies and ensuring robust succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee assessment practices, ensuring consistency and rigor in evaluating potential and development in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Lead and external partners
- Lead the global development planning process, including campaigns, career and development events, and initiatives
- Drive Talent operational excellence worldwide, improving processes, systems, and tools, and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience and impact.
- Provide global Talent data insights, consolidating information from multiple regions to identify trends, anticipate organizational needs, and support data-informed decision making.
- Manage strategic relationships with global partners and vendors
- Lead and develop a global network of Talent Management Leads, fostering collaboration, capability building, and alignment across countries, divisions, and HR Centers of Expertise.
About You
- 10-15 years of international experience in HR inclucind Talent Management
- Experience of designing and implementing global strategies that drive organizational impact.
- Deep expertise in leadership assessment, succession planning, and career development, change management, data collection and analysis, in multicultural and matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and implement digital or AI-based HR solutions.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across geographies and functions.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with a passion for building a future-ready talent ecosystem.
- Master's degree or equivalent
- English and French fluent
