Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications, you will be responsible for delivering global employee communication strategies and campaigns that foster engagement, clarity, and alignment across the Group. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, global functions, Brand Units, and markets, you will help connect employees to our business priorities, transformation agenda, purpose, vision, and values.

YOUR KEY MISSIONS ARE

DELIVER THE GLOBAL EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

  • Deliver a global internal comms strategy focusing on engagement and conviviality, aligned with business priorities and cultural transformation, with a clear mapping of internal comms forums - their purpose and timings.

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN DEPLOYMENT

  • Design, plan, and deliver impactful global employee communication campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.

  • Lead employee engagement programs that strengthen employees' connection to the business, including global all-hands meetings and similar company-wide communication events.

  • Execute the internal communications strategy through engaging formats such as podcasts, interactive content, and cross-market storytelling initiatives.

  • Define targeted communication approaches based on audience segmentation, timing, and channel strategy to ensure messages are relevant, timely, and effective.

  • Oversee the editorial planning of the internal communication platform in collaboration with the Content Hub, and manage the delivery of key internal communications across central corporate channels.

  • Support leadership communication initiatives, including global leadership forums, executive webcasts, and senior management updates.

  • Create engaging communication materials, including articles, presentations, videos, leadership messages, podcasts, and other multimedia content.

  • Facilitate and support a global internal communications network to encourage alignment, collaboration, and sharing of best practices across teams and regions.

TRANSFORMATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

  • In partnership with HR/relevant functions, oversee the internal communications related to change and transformation initiatives.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

  • Oversee execution of ways of working with specific departments.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies.

  • Act as an advisor on internal communications to senior leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop 2 direct reports (FTEs) and foster strong collaboration within team.

PERFORMANCE & IMPACT

  • Strong contribution to building and evolving the Global Internal Communications team

  • Track engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and continuously improve content, channels, and campaigns to increase clarity and engagement.

  • Manage internal communications budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a strategic communicator with a strong passion for employee engagement and organizational culture, and you actively bring that passion into your daily work.

  • You combine excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality communications in a complex, global environment.

  • You have 10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a related field.

  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing global communication strategies and campaigns.

  • You bring strong expertise in leadership communications and change management communications.

  • You possess excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills across multiple formats and channels.

  • You demonstrate a strong ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

  • You have previous people management experience, with a strong commitment to coaching and developing talent (a plus).

  • You have very strong English skills; French is a strong plus.
