Description du poste

Your role :

The role involves supporting the Head of EMEA Corporate Communication in defining and executing the internal communication agenda for EMEA Professional Solutions. It includes developing and implementing both global and local initiatives and tools across the EMEA region to foster employee engagement and promote a positive company culture, in close collaboration with key central and regional stakeholders such as HR and CSR teams. The position also entails creating and distributing communication assets-such as key talking points and Q&As-to equip managers in their employee-facing responsibilities. Additionally, the role plays a key part in organizing regional events, both physical and digital, contributing to both content and logistics. Finally, it supports the visibility and promotion of key EMEA initiatives and successes across the Group.

Main responsibilities:

Internal Communication Agenda

  • Support the definition of the internal communication strategy for the EMEA region, in collaboration with the Head of EMEA Corporate Communications and sub-regional Directors.

Deployment of Global Tools and Initiatives

  • Develop and implement communication plans to deploy global initiatives across the EMEA region, working closely with key stakeholders (Corporate Communications, HR, CSR, etc.).

  • Ensure that corporate storytelling is appropriately reflected and cascaded throughout the region, with adaptations to local contexts when necessary.

  • Support the creation and oversee the implementation of internal communication tools designed to inform and engage EMEA Professional Solutions employees.

Managerial Communication

  • Contribute to the development and distribution of communication assets (e.g. talking points, Q&As, memos, organizational updates) to help EMEA managers effectively communicate key company developments.

Internal Events

  • Support the planning and execution of regional internal events, both digital and physical, such as townhalls.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in corporate communication, including internal communication, within multinational organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing internal communication initiatives in complex, global environments.

  • A dynamic, agile professional with a go-getter mindset and a collaborative working style.

  • Organizational Agility: Strong conceptual skills, quick and sharp thinking, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

  • Networking & Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong internal networks, especially with key stakeholders such as HR and CSR teams.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to work cross-functionally and connect with professionals across various cultures.

  • Operational Rigor: Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in English and French; knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
