Group ICS Officer F/HKNDS

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Internal Controls or comparable functions (e.g. risk management, compliance, internal or external audit), gained either within an audit firm serving industrial clients or within an international manufacturing organisation.
- Strong knowledge of recognised Internal Control frameworks, such as COSO
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes, including reporting, compliance and operational processes within manufacturing environments; experience in the defence industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and Application Controls, as well as practical experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level); proficiency in French and/or German would be an advantage
- Proven experience in engaging with senior management and supervisory bodies
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately one-third of the time), primarily within a European context.
