The role ensures that global ambitions are translated into clear priorities, consistent methodologies, measurable KPIs and effective coordination across Procurement, S&R teams and Affiliates. The SAL acts as a functional orchestrator and governance lead, while operational deployment and field execution remain with local Procurement and Terroir teams.

Terroir mapping and prioritisation
Coordinate the execution of terroir mapping exercises and structure the prioritisation of key and hotspot terroirs. Ensure clear communication of priorities and implications for Affiliates and Procurement teams.
Sustainable Sourcing
Oversee the deployment of Sustainable Sourcing standards across priority agricultural materials. Coordinate monitoring and consolidation of KPIs, and ensure certification and compliance requirements are anticipated at affiliate level.
Regenerative Agriculture
Translate regenerative agriculture ambition into clear expectations for Affiliates and suppliers. Coordinate progress tracking, reporting and issue resolution across programs, while ensuring global visibility on progress, risks and bottlenecks.
Carbon and FLAG alignment
Contribute to carbon baseline work and alignment of Regenerative Agriculture practices with climate trajectories. Support sourcing and volume allocation scenarios needed to meet FLAG and climate targets.
CSRD and sustainability reporting
Coordinate the consolidation and consistency of agriculture-related sustainability data for CSRD and external reporting. Support readiness for audits and internal governance reviews.
Affiliates enablement and coordination
Provide guidance, tools and clarification of expectations to Affiliates. Animate regular reviews on Sustainable Sourcing and Regenerative Agriculture progress, fostering alignment and collaboration.
