Description du poste
The Crystal BU Head of PMO leads the R&D project and portfolio management, ensuring the effective delivery of innovation and technical development initiatives. Overseeing a team of technical project managers and closely working with the BU R&D director, this role drives cross-functional execution, resource planning, and adherence to PMO standards. It ensures alignment with strategic priorities, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and supports technical enablement across the R&D pipeline. Reporting to the PMO & Systems Director, the Head of PMO connects strategy to execution, enabling high-impact, timely product development.
Your key missions
Pipeline Delivery & Execution
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of Crystal R&D projects, aligned with business goals.
- Monitor pipeline performance against time, cost & budget, manage risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery.
Strategic & Agile Portfolio Management
- Ensure strategic oversight of the Crystal R&D portfolio by driving project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
- Provide visibility on status, risks, and interdependencies to enable informed senior stakeholders' decision-making and coordinated execution across initiatives. Run BU NPD governance forums.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ technical project managers, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Ensure effective resource allocation by matching capabilities to project needs, while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
PM Capability & Process Excellence
- Establish and embed consistent project management standards, tools, and ways of working across the R&D portfolio.
- Drive Stage-gate process maturity by identifying gaps, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of operational discipline and continuous learning.
Technical Enablement & Innovation Support
- Support the delivery of R&D projects by connecting teams to the right technical capabilities, platforms, and expertise across the organization.
- Identify & resolve project roadblocks. Promote a shared technical culture by encouraging knowledge exchange and awareness of emerging trends.

- You have 10+ years professional experience
- Mastery of Innovation Product Lifecycle Management, Stage Gate, and portfolio governance
- Knowledge of liquid and packaging development processes
- Acts as key link between Marketing and Technical teams for early feasibility
- Familiar with consumer insights, sensory testing, and product validation
- Proven track record in NPD execution and market launches
- Awareness of quality, regulatory, & manufacturing constrain
- You are fluent in french and English
