Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Tech Expert - F2S - Production execution will play a critical role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, developed, and implemented. This role demands deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI (Production Planning - Process Industries) from a business and technology perspectives.
It should encompass both a comprehensive view of our current practices and foster alignment towards desired target, whilst being open to external best market practices. You will be contributing to the Forecast to stock process and part of this team, that encompasses all the steps of the Supply Chain and will be in charge more specifically of the Manufacturing process. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
You will manage Process Design:
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA PP-PI and Quality modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate functional requirements into robust SAP solutions.
- Contribute to document user stories and related detailed specifications embarking processes, data mapping, interfaces, reports, forms & workflows.
- Secure convergence (standardization & harmonization) whilst fostering best automation and insights driven activities.
- Stay updated with SAP best practices, new releases, and emerging trends in SAP S/4HANA.
You will lead Build & Test :
- In relationship with design activities, contribute to documentation of use cases, tests scripts & data set. Articulate testing to secure E2E integration and user acceptance testing
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities to align with business needs.
- Define best practices and standards for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with industry requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to design and validate technical enhancements and integrations.
- Support and lead testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across SAP ecosystems related to his scope of responsibility.
You will lead Trainings & Roll Out :
- Contribute to document training materials and drive some training activities.
- Contribute to roll out plan & move to production activities listing & realization.
You will be in charge of Post go live/Hypercare :
- support post go live activities as per functional & technical field
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
You will be in charge of overall Project Management : report on activities in the frame of Program Management, anticipate deviation as per RICEFW plan, identify risk and mitigation plan. Steer to deliver on time, on quality and on budget.
