We are looking for a Global Culture - Creative partnerships & Influence on Perrier Jouet Champagne !
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
Global Creative Partnerships & Influence Strategy
Define and lead a global cultural marketing and influence roadmap aligned with Perrier-Jouët's brand positioning, Maison values, and long-term creative vision. Ensure partnerships honor the House's heritage at the intersection of champagne, art, nature, and craftsmanship, while remaining contemporary and culturally relevant.
Art, Design, Luxury Fashion & Cultural Expertise
Demonstrate deep knowledge of global art, design, luxury fashion, craft, gastronomy, and creative ecosystems. Identify and cultivate long-term collaborations with artists, designers, cultural platforms, and opinion leaders who authentically embody Perrier-Jouët's codes. Act as a cultural curator, safeguarding creative integrity and relevance.
Partnership Development & Execution
Lead cultural partnerships end-to-end-from ideation and creative briefing to talent onboarding, contract negotiation, content approval, production, and activation. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with rigor while protecting the Maison's creative standards. Establish clear frameworks and best practices to support local market activation with global consistency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as a key connector across Global Brand, Communications & PR, Marketing, Centers of Excellence, Creative Agencies, Legal, Procurement, and Local Markets. Integrate cultural partnerships and influencer programs into 360° campaigns, global launches, events, and brand experiences, balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.
Performance & Insights
Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, earned media value, brand impact). Translate insights into strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Anticipate trends across luxury lifestyle, contemporary art and design, fashion, gastronomy, hospitality, sustainability, and digital culture. Proactively introduce new ideas, formats, and cultural territories to keep Perrier-Jouët at the forefront of creative conversations.
Profile & Mindset
Deep curiosity for art de vivre and contemporary culture, with a refined aesthetic sensibility and strong strategic mindset. A natural relationship-builder and authentic ambassador of the Maison, comfortable influencing across complex global organizations. 6-8 years experience in brand management / cultural marketing / on the brand or agency side
Genuine passion and interest in culture, arts, design, luxury, fashion
Very strong artistic sensibility and very strong attention to details
Autonomous, independent, self-driven, capacity to influence
Strong team spirit & great interpersonal skills - capacity to embark others
Strong capacity to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders with various level of seniority
Language: English (fluent), French (fluent)
