Adisseo is looking for a Global Business Development Manager - Aqua Health & Farm Care to accelerate the growth of our aquaculture health solutions worldwide.

Reporting to the Global Aqua leadership team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of animal health, customer success, innovation, and business development. You will work closely with global and regional teams to develop new growth opportunities, support major customers, launch innovative solutions, and build partnerships that create value across the aquaculture industry.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian or aquaculture professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and enjoys working directly with key customers in the field.

What you'll do

• Drive the global growth strategy for Adisseo's Aqua Health & Farm Care portfolio.
• Partner with key customers, feed mills, integrators, and distributors to understand health challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support to regional teams and strategic accounts.
• Lead the launch and development of innovative products and services across global markets.
• Identify and develop new business models, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Design and oversee technical trials and on-farm demonstrations to support market adoption.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects involving commercial, technical, R&I, marketing, operations, and market access teams.
• Contribute to business planning, innovation strategy, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate the global technical support network for Aqua Health.

What we're looking for

• DVM, Aquaculture, Animal Science, Fish Health, Veterinary Medicine, or related degree with a strong expertise in aquaculture health, with knowledge of species such as shrimp, salmon, and/or marine fish.
• At least 7 years of industry experience in the aquaculture industry related to fish/shrimp health, farm care, feed additives to promote health, and/or the application of functional feeds.
• Proven experience in business development, technical sales, product management, or commercial roles.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into business opportunities and customer value.
• Experience working directly with customers and supporting field implementation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
• Fluent English required.
