Description du poste
Within Pernod Ricard's Crystal brand unit, the Gin & Aperitif and RTD portfolios bring together highly distinctive brands with strong international growth potential. The Gin & Aperitif portfolio - covering global brands such as Beefeater Gin and Lillet Aperitif - is supported by dedicated marketing teams in London (Gin) and Paris (Aperitif), working closely with markets around the world to accelerate brand growth, strengthen consumer relevance and deliver sustainable value creation.
The purpose of this role is to support the Gin & Aperitif and RTD brand and acceleration teams in achieving their ambitions by providing robust business performance analysis, valuable data-driven insights for decision making, and guidance for resource optimization and ongoing business development. The role is based in Paris and reports to the Portfolio Finance Manager - Gin, Aperitif, RTD.
Your key missions
Support the ongoing business performance reporting and analysis work for the Gin & Aperitif and RTD portfolios
- Consolidate & analyze both sell-out and sell-in performance for the Gin & Aperitif and RTD portfolios, including views on top markets, key brands and relevant category or channel dynamics
- Contribute to discussions with HQ, brand unit stakeholders and market companies to better understand performance, including both business and technical drivers, and to identify areas of potential value creation
- Support the monitoring of all performance KPIs (P&L, market share, performance gap vs. categories, etc.)
- Own the reporting process and data topics related to RTD, Gins & Aperitifs (SKU & brand quality hierarchy across the various group tools), ensuring a consolidated monthly view of the full scope based on the data reported in the financial systems by all Pernod Ricard legal entities selling products within the scope
- Co-lead the preparation of monthly Business Review presentations to the leadership teams of the Crystal BU and the Gin & Aperitif and RTD teams
Contribute to brand & market growth acceleration by building, analyzing and validating business cases
- Co-build business cases for existing SKUs in new markets to ensure profitability as well as market share gain & penetration
- Provide financial scenarios & recommendations to ensure financial viability of new product launches (NPDs) and other projects such as portfolio expansion/extension and reformulation, leading to data-driven decisions & fast innovation launch alongside good profitability
Contribute to strategic marketing (A&P) resource allocation decision making
- Consolidate, track and analyze central brand A&P budgets and spend to ensure that limited available resources are invested efficiently according to strategic priorities
- Contribute to the annual central marketing planning cycle (R&O, year end closing and rolling forecasts), partnering with key stakeholders (London & Paris for G&A scope and Paris, Canada and Australia for RTD scope) to ensure dynamic resource allocation according to evolving brand strategies & market growth opportunities
- Track ongoing central A&P budget risks/opportunities and elevate to higher-level leadership teams to inform financial results delivery management
- Review and analyze market company A&P investments against the brands, escalating relevant insights to leadership in order to influence group resource allocation decisions and ongoing business development

- You have a university Degree or higher (B Sc/M Sc or equivalent) in business and/or engineering
- You have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in business/financial planning & analysis, finance, audit or consulting, ideally within consumer goods
- You have solid financial knowledge, thoroughness and adaptability
- You have a first business partnering experience with commercial, brand marketing or operations teams is a plus
- You are a strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- You are proficiency in PowerPoint; Power BI or other BI tools a plus
- International exposure and industry experience desirable
- You are fluent in English and French
