Missions :

As part of the finance team ina significant area EMEA, you will be a key component of both financial andbusiness communication. The ideal candidate should not only provide trustworthyinformation but also be able to articulate his own vision. We are expecting thecandidate to be able to evolve internally to capture country realities.

Given the complexity of thescope (Subsidiaries, Joint-Ventures and Partners), the candidate will be thepoint of reference on finance matters in the various multi-disciplinaryprojects: finance closing and forecasts, demand planning, merchandising, andpricing. We expect the candidate to have demonstrated a strong sense ofdiligence and adapting communication skills in his/her previous experiences.

You'll Have theChance To: Work in a multicultural teamand be exposed to different business model and key functions finance-supply-merchandising-planning-commercialfunction which will make you understand the full activity into the distributionentity of the group.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Reporting :

- Consolidate and coordinate area financialclosing in a timely manner

- Ensure financial data reliability andaccuracy

- Prepare budget, business review and ad-hoctemplates presentation

- Contribute to continuous improvement of ourregional reportings

- Monitor the revenues and KPIS and alert onvariances

2. Dedicated regional scope :

- Be responsible for revenue (weekly trendscommunication and reliability)

- Follow-up on footprint evolution by channelat country level

- Follow-up on investment projects for storesopening and refit projects

- Provide analysis by point of sales (B2C) andby Key Account (B2B) performance and KPIS evolution that enables businessdecision

- Analyse business performance and key driversof variances and be proactive to share your conclusions and propositions

- Support ad-hoc analysis and templates whennecessary

3. Be a Business Partner :

- Perform ah-hoc analysis and simulations basedon key drivers

- Support commercial team in running theirday-to-day operations

- Drive process improvement and project asidentified

Profile : The candidate shall have an interest in the fashionindustry, product, figures andhave a strong sense of analysis. You are recognized for your rigor, your teamspirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.

Education :

- Bac+5 (Master 2) University/Business School specializing in Finance

- Analytically minded and strong organizationskills with attention to detail

- Able to grasp and retain new concepts quickly

- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced gamebusiness

- Strong computer skills, experience with Excel,PowerPoint and Hyperion tools is a plus

- Excellent communication skills with excellentcustomer service and «can do» mindset

- Autonomous and love taking initiatives

- Fluent in English & French
