Within the Group Sustainability Division, reporting to the Strategic Project Director, you join a team shaping and driving Accor's sustainability strategy.
This division animates a rich sustainability ecosystem, both internal and external, in support of a deep and lasting transformation of the hospitality industry.
Your mission:
Actively contribute to shaping and deploying the Group's Sustainability strategy, supporting the internal sustainability community and helping embed ESG principles across the organization:
- Market intelligence : support market watch and benchmarking efforts, gathering insights from peers, alliances & competitors to feed the team's strategic thinking. Help monitor key market information (competitor moves, sector publications, financial news).
- Strategic presentations : help prepare documentation and presentations for top management and governance bodies (SteerCos, committees), in both English and French.
- Governance & coordination : support the animation of our sustainability internal and external ecosystem through the organization and preparation of internal and external meetings.
- Cross-functional support : contribute on an ad hoc basis to storytelling and content efforts to build and deploy sustainability initiatives across the Group.
- Event & engagement assistance : contribute to the organization of sustainability-related events, workshops, and challenges, supporting logistics and communication.

Your profile:
- Degree program: Master's (Sustainability, Hospitality Management, or related field)
- Internship duration: to be confirmed with the manager

Soft skills:
- Strong interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility, with motivation to learn both strategic and operational aspects.
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, with curiosity to explore sustainability data and field insights.
- Team spirit and adaptability, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across brands, regions, and functions.
- Creativity and initiative, eager to contribute ideas and support innovative sustainability engagement.
