Overview:

Location: Hybrid (with occasional onsite meetings in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN)

Are you ready to lead a high-impact technology deployment that will transform how thousands of frontline workers operate across multiple states? Trissential is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our client's team and spearhead the rollout of a cutting-edge Field Work Management Tool. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the systems integrator, ensuring alignment and accountability for deliverables
• Oversee program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone achievement
• Manage program budget and maintain financial discipline throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, and steering committees
• Engage frontline workers to validate requirements and support change management
• Lead multiple workstreams, motivating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality
• Travel up to 25% for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 7-10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives
• Proven success deploying technology solutions to frontline workers in operational environments
• Experience partnering with systems integrators and managing vendor relationships
• Background in regulated industries; utility sector experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with field work management platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in matrixed organizations and with large consulting firms
• PMP or similar certifications
• Ability to balance technical expertise with customer service orientation

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Formal degree not required; experience highly valued
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
