Description du poste
Location: Hybrid (with occasional onsite meetings in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN)

Your Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone achievement
• Manage program budget and maintain financial discipline throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, and steering committees
• Engage frontline workers to validate requirements and support change management
• Lead multiple workstreams, motivating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality
• Travel up to 25% for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagement
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
• Proven success deploying technology solutions to frontline workers in operational environments
• Experience partnering with systems integrators and managing vendor relationships
• Background in regulated industries; utility sector experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with field work management platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
• PMP or similar certifications
• Ability to balance technical expertise with customer service orientation
Education & Certifications You Need:
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus
What We Offer
• Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $120,000-$150,000 annually or $60-$75 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
