Description du poste
Our brand team brings together around 40 talented people with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including business market support, knowledge management, environment, technical and innovation and communications. We provide strategic guidance to a global network of business units.
Paired with another executive assistant, you will report directly to the Director, and play a key role as part of this dynamic brand team.
Key responsabilities
- Administrative support to the Brand Director
- Calendar, meeting management
- Travels arrangement: booking, visa application, coordination with travel agency
- Office operations: stationery supplies, catering, general logistics
- Newcomers Onboarding
- Meeting support, preparation, minutes and follow-up
- Finance support, Overhead costs follow up
- Licenses & Contracts management
- HR Administrative/trainings follow up
Coordination with other support functions (IT, Accounting…), other teams and network
Internal events coordination
Description du profil
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2-3 years of higher education) in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, administrative support
- English language fluent, other languages a plus
- Multitasking, agile, and autonomous, with strong ability to manage priorities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Powerpoint
