We are looking for a Global Tech - Senior Infrastructure Engineer. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions?

• You will manage the global server infrastructure and enterprise SAN architecture, overseeing connectivity and configuration.
• You will assist the product owner in the continuous improvement of the product by integrating new compute technologies and recommending changes that support the business in meeting company goals.
• You will provide L3 escalation support, including outside working hours where applicable, for critical systems as needed
• You will coordinate and troubleshoot technical integrations across infrastructure, application, and platform teams, ensuring implementation aligns with design specifications.
• You will assist in developing standards, policies, and configuration guidelines, and document procedures for team review.
• You will manage organization and inventory of all infrastructure hardware and software resources.
• You will conduct routine audits of infrastructure hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• You will coordinate and implement infrastructure changes according to ITIL framework, independently managing changes in mission-critical functional areas while adhering to established designs and configurations.
• You will deploy server software installations, configurations, and upgrades across a diverse customer base initiatives...) as needed, and continuously develop their own skills based on industry trends/enterprise needs.
• You will follow change management policy/procedure and proper documentation procedure.
• You will standardize with other chapter members to ensure the services are delivered the same way across products.

• You have a degree in a technology-related field
• You have 10+ years experience with managing Azure IaaS and PaaS, VMWare, Windows Server, and Linux in a large enterprise organization and at least 5+ years experience with Powershell & Linux shell scripting
• You have deep expertise in infrastructure engineering and a strong expert technical background
• Ideally, you have experience with Veeam & Tanium
• You have strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• You are a teamplayer and you have the ability to work in an agile development environment
• You have strong knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
