Permanent position based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you lead the e-commerce marketing strategy for our brands across France and the United Kingdom. At the intersection of marketing, commercial, and digital, you are the marketing lead within the team: you set the standards, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution across all online touchpoints.
You work closely with marketing and commercial teams, retail partners, and agencies.
Digital shelf & shopper experience
* Define the e-commerce shopper strategy and digital presence standards for our brands across retailer platforms (France & UK)
* Bring the e-commerce dimension into every step of the CPP (Commercial Planning Process) to guide commercial teams
* Lead retailer meetings on e-merchandising and provide recommendations to improve brand visibility and category standards
* Drive digital shelf performance (content score, search ranking, conversion) with commercial teams
* Monitor the competitive landscape on e-retailer platforms (content, search, pricing, share of voice)
Retail Media & campaigns
* Define the e-RM investment strategy for France & UK and manage budget allocation
* Activate media levers in collaboration with agencies and brand teams (display, search, promogaming, couponing)
* Initiate test & learn programmes on digital media and formalise learnings
* Build performance reports and identify actionable insights
Content & visual excellence
* Ensure visuals (hero pack & secondary images), content and enhanced content meet e-commerce guidelines and accessibility standards
* Define the SEO strategy for product pages on retailer platforms
* Run A/B tests on product pages to optimise conversion rates
* Own e-commerce processes and best practices - marketing handles execution
* Animate the ratings & reviews strategy and leverage consumer insights
AI Roadmap
* Drive AI-generated e-commerce visuals (hero packs, enhanced content)
* Plan and optimise e-RM campaigns through AI
* Identify and deploy AI solutions to improve content quality and efficiency
* Train and upskill the team on AI tools applied to e-commerce

Your profile
Master's degree (Bac+5), business school or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally in FMCG.
* Solid command of e-commerce analytics tools (Nielsen/Circana, retailer analytics)
* Experience managing e-Retail Media budgets and performance campaigns (ROAS, CPC, share of voice)
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and able to align teams without direct authority
* Curious about AI tools and their practical applications in content and media
* Fluent English required (UK scope)
