As part of our Science, Technology & Innovation strategy, we are looking for a Global Innovation & Customer Success Manager - Ruminants to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge scientific, nutritional, and digital solutions that support customer success and business growth worldwide.

You will serve as Adisseo's global reference expert for CNCPS and AMTS, leading the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of nutritional modeling systems while driving innovation, establishing best practices, and training technical teams worldwide to maximize customer value.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as Adisseo's global expert for CNCPS, AMTS, and nutritional modeling systems, leading their continuous development, deployment, and adoption across the organization in close collaboration with Cornell University and other scientific partners.
• Provide scientific leadership in ruminant nutrition, amino acid balancing, and formulation, defining global recommendations, advancing modeling methodologies, and driving innovation in feed evaluation and nutritional strategies.
• Support Adisseo's global network of nutrition and formulation specialists through technical guidance, advanced customer support, and the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen expertise worldwide.
• Lead and coordinate research initiatives, external collaborations, and cross-functional innovation projects, contributing to the development of new products, digital solutions, and value-added services for customers.
• Strengthen Adisseo's position as a recognized thought leader in ruminant nutrition by publishing scientific work, presenting at international conferences, building relationships with universities and key opinion leaders, and translating scientific advancements into practical solutions that create measurable customer value.

Profile required:

• PhD in Ruminant Nutrition or a related discipline, combined with significant experience in research and innovation, technical services, nutritional consulting, or leadership roles within the feed and animal nutrition industry.
• Recognized expertise in CNCPS, AMTS, and nutritional modeling systems, with a strong scientific and practical understanding of ruminant nutrition, amino acid balancing, and formulation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing research programs, analyzing complex datasets, and translating scientific findings into practical solutions that generate value for customers.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge across diverse technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global and matrix environment, collaborating across functions, regions, cultures, and external scientific partners.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages would be considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30-40%), primarily within Europe and North America.
