Responsabilités:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Workplace Manager to design and lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital tools and platforms that enhance employee productivity, communication, collaboration, and engagement.
Reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure & Operations Leader, the Global Digital Workplace Manager is responsible for creating a high-performance, cost efficient, and secure digital work environment for employees, ensuring that digital tools and processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and vision:
- Define and implement an effective technology strategy and roadmap, based on best practices, latest market trends and aligned with Adisseo Group business objectives, to create maximum value while optimizing the costs and ensuring the cyber-security of the solutions together with the Security Officer.
- Platform and Tool management:
- Oversee the deployment and management of collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, Copilot)
- Define and deploy modern workplace solutions
