Trissential is hiring a Development Lead - MERN Stack to join our client's team and drive innovation across large-scale solutions. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design solutions and lead conversations for design approvals.
• Drive adoption of new features and technologies across full-stack development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Ensure best practices are followed by the team (clean, maintainable, efficient code).
• Implement responsive UI components for seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience in IT with proven expertise in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in Insurance Domain projects.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in JavaScript frameworks or full-stack development are a plus.

  $147,000-$158,000 annually or $80-$90 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
