Trissential is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to join our client's team and support a dynamic and growing Capital Delivery organization. Your Role & Responsibilities

As the Program Delivery Manager, you will oversee and support the capital delivery team while ensuring that project execution aligns with governance, standards, and strategic priorities. You will:

• Lead and support a team of seven project managers across customer, data, and operations portfolios
  
• Serve as an escalation point and strategic partner to portfolio leadership
  
• Ensure governance frameworks, ULC standards, and delivery expectations are followed
  
• Coach and mentor project managers, fostering continuous improvement
  
• Participate in LEAN activities and champion best practices
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, and timelines
  
• Oversee project budget alignment, risk mitigation, and progress tracking across portfolios

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of project management experience
  
• 5+ years leading people who lead projects
  
• Experience managing capital projects in the $5M-$10M range
  
• Proficiency with MS Project
  
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SPM)
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate challenging situations with integrity

Bonus Points If You Have

• Utility or regulatory industry experience
• LEAN experience
• PMP certification (preferred, not required)

Education & Certifications You Need

• No specific degree requirement listed
• PMP certification is considered a plus
