Main responsibilities:
Sell In / Sell Out Analysis & Reporting
-
Produce and maintain regular Sell In and Sell Out reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for the Footwear Business Unit.

Analyze performance by market, channel, product category, collection, franchise and SKU.
-
Track performance versus targets, prior year, and forecasts.
-
Ensure consistency and alignment between Sell In, Sell Out, stock and forecast data.
Business Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze key KPIs: revenue, volumes, margins, sell-through, stock coverage and channel performance.

Support monthly and seasonal business reviews with clear analyses and insights.

Translate data into actionable recommendations for Footwear teams (Sales, Merchandising, Supply, Marketing).
Data Coordination & Tools

Act as a key point of contact between the Footwear BU, local markets and central Data / Finance / IT teams.

Ensure data accuracy, reliability and timely reporting from markets.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards and data processes.

Support data harmonization and automation initiatives.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Decision Support

Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business decisions (product launches, franchise performance, stock allocation, market prioritization).

Prepare clear and concise presentations and dashboards for management.
Description du profil
-
Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field
-
5 minimum years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting roles
-
Exposure to Sell In / Sell Out analysis in an international environment

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

Strong understanding of retail and wholesale performance drivers

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights

Structured, reliable and well-organized

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proactive, autonomous and business-oriented

Fluent English required
