Your Role & Responsibilities

In this strategic leadership role, you will:

• Develop enterprise and domain‑level data strategy artifacts
• Define and socialize current‑state and target‑state platform architecture materials
• Build conceptual and logical data models that guide long-term architectural direction
• Establish data domain definitions, modeling standards, and governance frameworks
• Create strategy roadmaps and Phase 3 execution plans to ensure organizational readiness
• Deliver executive presentations and decision-support materials that drive alignment
• Lead and mentor senior analysts without replacing their core responsibilities
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with approved data strategy

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or enterprise transformation
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale data initiatives
• Deep expertise in data modeling, governance, and analytics enablement
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially when working with executives
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategy

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on work with modern data platforms or cloud data ecosystems
• Consulting background in enterprise data strategy or governance
• Familiarity with data literacy, operating models, or metadata management

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
• Certifications in data governance, data architecture, or analytics are a plus but not required

• Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $165,000-$185,000 annually or $92-$102 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
