Trissential is partnering with our client on a major Customer Core Transformation Program, and we are looking for a Data Governance / Data Architect who's ready to influence how customer data is defined, governed, and leveraged across an entire enterprise. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Define and implement customer data governance practices aligned with enterprise policies.
• Partner with SAP implementation teams during blueprinting and design phases to define customer data elements, data structures, and control mechanisms.
• Ensure data architecture supports operational reporting and enterprise analytics needs.
• Identify and document data ownership, stewardship, and governance workflows.
• Work closely with program tower leads, enterprise data governance, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and data architecture solutions.
• Capture governance processes, definitions, and requirements using Jira and Signavio.

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 4-6 years of experience in data architecture, data governance, data warehouse environments, or reporting/analytics ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience establishing or supporting data governance frameworks.
• Experience working within large enterprise programs or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfort operating in evolving, multi-team, complex environments.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting SAP transformations, especially SAP IS-U or other utility-related modules.
• Background in the utilities or energy industry.
• Experience defining data domains, data standards, or data stewardship models.
• Familiarity with reporting ecosystems and data warehousing platforms.
• Knowledge of Signavio, Jira, or similar process and requirements tools.

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.

• Competitive Compensation -This posting is proactive to build a network of candidates aligned to this job profile. The compensation for this role is initially targeted to be between $80 - $95 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on client requirements, skill alignment, years of experience, and fair,market-based rates by geography.
