Why Join Us?
Take ownership of a cybersecurity product that helps protect a global organisation operating across 61 countries and serving more than 105 million customers.
Three reasons this opportunity stands out:
- Global impact: Strengthen endpoint security and cyber resilience across a complex, international technology environment.
- Real product ownership: Shape the XDR roadmap, guide product evolution and influence how the solution is delivered across multiple entities.
- High-visibility collaboration: Work at the intersection of Security Operations, technology teams, business stakeholders and leading security vendors.
You will join a multicultural environment where technical expertise, strategic thinking and strong stakeholder relationships directly influence security outcomes.
About the Role
As XDR Product Owner, you will lead the ongoing development and delivery of our Extended Detection and Response product.
Your mission will be to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving cybersecurity needs, delivers reliable service and helps security teams identify, investigate and remediate threats effectively. This is an opportunity to combine cybersecurity expertise with product leadership in a large-scale, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Shape the product roadmap by translating cybersecurity priorities, business needs and stakeholder feedback into clear product initiatives.
- Expand the reach of the XDR platform by guiding the onboarding of entities and supporting successful adoption.
- Improve security outcomes by identifying opportunities to strengthen detection, response, compliance and risk reduction.
- Drive reliable product delivery and ensure services meet agreed quality and service expectations.
- Lead incident coordination and escalation, working with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and follow remediation through to completion.
- Partner with security and technology teams to optimise existing capabilities and align the product with operational requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with local security teams, senior stakeholders, vendors and service providers across an international network.
- Anticipate product changes by monitoring vendor roadmaps, assessing their potential impact and communicating upcoming developments.
- Turn technical complexity into clarity through concise documentation, practical procedures and effective communication.
- Strengthen product governance by reviewing security policies, supporting standardisation and ensuring consistency between design and delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement by bringing forward new ideas, external insights and opportunities for innovation.
