Your Mission
As the Brand Creative Intern, you will assist the Brand Creative team for visual identity development across multiple brands and touch points in the premium segment.
You will shape and execute the strategic creative direction, which includes helping bring to life brand identities through cohesive, compelling visual storytelling across various touchpoints-digital, print, in-hotel, and experiential.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across event & activation, guest experience and digital to ensure the visual identity and tone of each brand is consistently implemented.
Joining Date: July 2026 for 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Management
- Create brand creative competitive review in the hospitality industry
- Maintain the brand's visual and tonal consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, social media, digital platforms, and in-hotel elements.
- Oversee the creation of brand assets such as logos, photography, illustrations, videos, and any other visual elements that support brand positioning.
- Assist in ensuring the brand's values, mission, and personality are communicated effectively through creative materials.
Creative Concept
- Assist in creating and executing creative tests, concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Brand Creative team to ensure that the brand's identity is reflected consistently in all creative assets.
- Apply a basic understanding of the print and digital universe (UI/UX principles, responsive design, user flows) to support the development of creative work.
Campaign Execution
- Write creative debriefs post visual presentations with the agencies
- Organize calls with regional, global and other stakeholders to review visual concepts
- Support in managing creative content for marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, in-room materials, etc.).
- Contribute to the full funnel marketing strategy and gather key KPIs from campaigns
- Assist in market research and creative tests for visual concepts
- Support the development of toolkits and brand assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist in the layout and design of presentations, guidelines, and visual frameworks for global campaigns.
- Masters degree from a design school with a keen understanding of creative strategies, and of design and visual concepts
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Previous internship experience in branding agency would be a plus
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), We are a fully international team
