Ces nouveaux produits s'ajoutent à l'assortiment permanent composé de 3 000 produits. Vous trouverez des grandes marques connues, comme par exemple Ajax, Kinder, Gillette et L'Oréal. Mais aussi des produits plus originaux et des marques que vous avez peut-être vues à l'étranger.

Regional Marketing and Content creator - France South

At NORMAL, we love doing things ourselves - and preferably in our own unique and unconventional way. We are currently looking a new colleague, responsible for ensuring strong local marketing, presence, and execution within a selected region in France (South, based in Marseille).

The purpose of the role is to ensure that NORMAL is visible, relevant, and locally rooted in each region. This includes creating a strong first impression at new store openings as well as continuously strengthening the stores' position through shopping center marketing and local activities that drive traffic and sales. You will work across cities, shopping centers, and retail partners in your region (France South) and act as a link between the national and global marketing teams and the local stores.

Although national channels are managed centrally, the regional role plays a key part in identifying, creating, and delivering authentic and relevant social media content from stores and the region.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

New store openings

· Planning and executing complete regional opening events for new stores.

· Ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with NORMAL's national and global marketing teams.

· Documenting openings (video/photo) and securing material for, among others, social media.

Local social media activation

· Create original short-form video content in-store that is fun, authentic, and aligned with current social media strategy.

· Produce engaging content from store openings, events and activations.

· Edit video content (short-form formats such as Reels and TikTok) and prepare it for approval before publishing.

· Appear in content yourself and naturally involve local store teams to create relatable and authentic storytelling.

· Collaborate closely with the national Social Media team responsible for publishing and content planning.

· Deliver content that supports NORMAL's brand, tone of voice, and storytelling across social media platforms.

· Help ensure that NORMAL is visible on relevant shopping center channels and local platforms through collaborations and content sharing.

Shopping center marketing

· Optimizing the use of shopping center channels (social media, screens, campaigns, events) and ensuring visibility.

· Implementing national campaigns locally.

Events & local activation

· Developing and executing local events, seasonal activities, and relevant campaigns.

· Leveraging local opportunities such as city festivals, shopping center campaigns, or partnerships.

· Being physically present and ensuring all activities are executed smoothly and on-brand.

Customer service / contact

· Responding to emails and Google reviews

Organizational support and deployment of internal market communication:

· Organizational support for the preparation and implementation of team events (Store Manager Annual Meeting, Monthly meetings, Team buildings, Summer and Xmas party...)

· Update of the presentation materials

· Internal communication: weekly newsletter, Normal app (videos, creative materials)

· Translation of materials from Denmark

Who are you?
You will report to our Country Manager and become part of a company where we are building the rocket while flying it. Additionally, we expect that you:

  • have experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

  • are comfortable in front of the camera and have a natural ability to engage your audience

  • are comfortable producing fast, authentic social media content on your phone.

  • are execution-focused, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • are outgoing and thrive in a role with extensive contact with partners and stores.

  • can navigate a growth organization and focus on solutions rather than barriers.

  • are mobile and expect to travel around 4 days per week across all regions of your market.
