We're looking for a Strategic Commercial & Operational Manager to join our Global Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our OTA /CTO & distribution strategy worldwide.

In this role, you won't just manage operations - you'll shape how Accor collaborates with its most strategic distribution partners.

You will:

  • Drive the execution of global distribution strategies with key OTA/CTO partners
  • Own and elevate relationships with industry leaders like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Ctrip ,ODIGEO, Hotelbeds …
  • Act as a central connector between Sales, Tech, Data, Legal, and Revenue teams
  • Optimize performance through smarter processes, stronger connectivity, and data-driven decisions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape the future of digital distribution

Your mission:

  • Being a Distribution Expert :
    • Understanding of commercial levers along with technical skills and work hand in hands with the Strategic Account Managers.
    • Get to know our Partners and their e-distribution specificities.
    • Understand Accor distribution eco system and its pricing strategy.
    • Entry point to various areas of expertise such as Loading, Connectivity, Legal, Commercials
    • Share of expertise with the hubs and act in close relationship with them
    • Keep-up with E-Distribution trends and evolutions
  • Main tasks :
    • Drive the operational implementation of the strategy defined with the Account Managers
    • Manage the day-to-day support with Account Managers, Partners & Hubs
    • Lead the Operational relationship with the OTA/CTOs accounts
    • Implement relevant and reliable processes with the partners
    • Coordinate operational processes with the Central Distribution teams

Qualifications

You bring both strategic thinking and operational excellence, and you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.

  • 4+ years' experience in E-commerce, Distribution, Sales, or Revenue Management
  • Strong understanding of the OTA ecosystem and hospitality tech landscape
  • Proven ability to manage partners and stakeholders across functions
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Fluent in English & French
