Onboarding Digital Office - CDD 5 mois G/HAXA en France

We are offering a position as Onboarding Digital Officer on a 5-month fixed-term contract, to start in mid-October.

You will join Global Travel implementation team within Travel Solutions organization, supporting AXA Partners entities all over the world on global travel deals.

Here below some key elements of the activity:

• You will join the Global travel implementation team lead by the Head of implementation within the central travel division of AXA Partners (Travel Growth and Bid Management), working alongside implementation project managers.
• Central organization with an international footprint: you would be working potentially with any AXA Partners entities
• Working on project covering multi-countries with our top class and global travel partners: Airlines, Online travel agencies, financial institutions
• Direct contact with our partners (distributor, insurer partners) and providers (technical, PSP….) as well as all internal stakeholders involved in the implementation of our projects (compliance, finance, legal, underwriting, sales, product…)
• English will be the main used language with internal stakeholder but also external partners.

VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS

Manage or support end to end deal implementation projects from inception to delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Confirm and formalize the requirements (distribution, product and pricing, target scope of markets…) with all related stakeholders
• Organize and manage all level of project governances - Lead regular meetings with clear documentation, formalizing all streams and actions and overall progression of the project.
• Identify the critical path identify key and critical step and deliverables then clearly prioritize them across the project stakeholders
• Manage external provider requirements and delivery in collaboration with the account manager
• Build and maintain the project documentation (RACI, Action log, risk matrix, project plan etc…)
• Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks associated to the project
• Escalate whenever it is necessary
• Manage and maintain clear communication with all project contributors and stakeholders over all the project duration
• Ensure project delivery within the scope and timelines
• Handover to business for BAU

Be Involved in the continuous optimization of the implementation process and overall time to market

1. • Participate the team workshops to identify area of improvement/optimization, define and execute related action plan
   • Manage side transformation actions within the travel implementation team or in collaboration with any other department involved in the implementation processes (product, legal, compliance….)
   • Formalize and update processes and information within the deal implementation guidebook

Activity monitoring & communication

• Collect all necessary data all along the project duration to enable the monitoring of the time to market
• Keep up to date all internal documentation
• Participate in communication actions to advertise Global travel implementation team role & activity

VOTRE PROFIL

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• You have good communication skills.
• Business English required (C1) as daily used (Written and spoken)
• You are comfortable in an international and multicultural environment.
• You are interested by project management (previous experience would be a plus)
