The context

The marketplace is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world's leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.
Your Mission
This role is part of the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team, which focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience as the marketplace continues its growth across Europe. We achieve this by identifying opportunities and developing a series of initiatives to advance our strategy.
The primary focus is to improve the feedback loop, and how we measure and understand customer satisfaction and feedback, along with key initiatives to improve the customer journey. This can include running experiments and A/B tests to optimize and improve emails, deep diving into conversion rate drivers, or using AI to better categorize feedback.
Additionally, this entails close collaboration with the various Business Units to define and drive adoption of solutions to improve customer experience locally.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to major Customer Experience initiatives from inception to rollout.
Gain an in-depth understanding of factors and KPIs that drive customer experience and operational performance in order to identify and implement best practices.
Increase feedback response rate (e.g. NPS, support CSAT and reviews), defining experiments and doing A/B tests.
Investigate conversion rate drivers and identify priorities based on your findings.
Challenge the status quo in existing processes through collaboration with the Business Units and Central teams to identify pain points and get insights to enhance the customer experience.
Engage with cross-functional teams across the company for project and program improvement.
Perform financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
About you:
Analytical skills and interpretation, you are able to draw conclusions from data and are able to make data-driven decisions.
Comfortable working on exploratory phase of new projects, you enjoy learning new things.
Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Structured thought process
A team player who is approachable and enjoys building good working relationships with stakeholder teams.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Python would be a plus.
