The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit, medical society. It is an independent, non-governmental organisation.
The ESC is a source of high quality, evidence-based science that pushes the boundaries of cardiovascular medicine. Our members and decision-makers are healthcare professionals who give their time and expertise freely, while continuing their daily, high-paced clinical and/or research work. ESC volunteers are world-renowned experts; their opinions are routinely sought and their papers regularly published and referenced.

The ESC coordinates observational registries, creates clinical practice guidelines, and organises and endorses educational programmes. We disseminate robust and independent science through our congresses, journals and educational digital tools. We’re the voice of the cardiology community when advocating for heart-health policies, regulations and funding.

All of these things enable us to identify cardiovascular trends, address inequalities, share best practices to improve standards of care for patients

La Société Européenne de Cardiologie recherche un Chargé de programmes congrès H/F.

 

Le poste proposé est un contrat à durée indéterminé (CDI) à temps plein basé à La Société Européenne de Cardiologie située au cœur de la technopole de Sophia-Antipolis, au sein de l’équipe en charge des programmes scientifiques des congrès de l'ESC.

Responsabilités principales :

• Déployer, coordonner et assurer en autonomie la conception et la livraison des programmes pour des événements présentiels ou en ligne, en adéquation avec les besoins et standards de l’ESC et des sous-spécialités.
• Garantir la préparation des contenus scientifiques en temps et en heure en coordonnant le travail des bénévoles, comités scientifiques et contributeurs.
• Participer activement à la collaboration inter-départements pour renforcer la qualité et la cohérence des programmes.

Profil :

 

Formation : Bac +3 / +4 en gestion administrative ou gestion de projet ou évènementiel
Expérience :

• Expérience sur des missions variées dans un environnement international
• Expérience en service client
• Une expérience à l’international serait un plus

Savoir-faire :

• Anglais courant (écrit et oral) indispensable – langue de travail
• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (VLOOKUP, Tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules…)
• Capacité à gérer les imprévus, les échéances courtes et à structurer votre travail
• Esprit d’anticipation et rigueur dans le respect des procédures

Savoir-être :

• Organisation, souci du détail, sens du service
• Communication claire et efficace, bonne gestion des deadlines
• Polyvalence, dynamisme, esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels occasionnels en Europe y compris le weekend
