As part of a 4 persons team, supervised by a senior project manager, you lead the overall security and fraud-prevention strategy for the ALL Accor loyalty program, integrating technological solutions and business levers to mitigate financial risks while strengthening member trust and experience. The main objectives are:
Secure accounts to protect the program and reinforce trust among members and partners
Turn security into a business opportunity to improve data quality and marketing/financial performance
Your mission:
1. Operational management and performance (35%)
Ensure the relationship with the fraud analysts provider and optimize daily analysis processes
Define and monitor key KPIs: reduction of fraud rate, optimization of fraud-related costs and Customer Contact Center costs, improvement of member satisfaction
Lead and plan Compliance Committee(s) with an action-, results- and ROI-oriented approach
Coordinate internal fraud-related events and communications (IT security, Customer Contact Center, GDPR compliance, etc.)
2. Security strategy and business opportunities (25%)
Support the development of security initiatives that enhance the member experience
Act as business owner of the technological transformation (including the evaluation of external tools through RFPs)
3. Cross-functional leadership and influence (25%)
Build recognized expertise in fraud prevention and business security
Influence marketing, IT, and data projects to embed security considerations
Conduct strategic monitoring and regular benchmarking
Proactively propose strategic evolutions
Communicate and rally stakeholders around fraud-prevention challenges
4. Innovation and continuous improvement (15%)
Identify emerging trends and risks
Propose innovations that balance security and member experience
Develop advanced metrics to measure the business impact of security initiatives
About you:
Required experience:
5+ years of experience in risk management (audit, fraud prevention, compliance, anti laundering or business security)
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and business transformation
Knowledge of the hospitality sector would be a plus.
Knowledge of loyalty program challenges would be a plus.
Languages: French (working language) and English (fluent)
