CONTEXT

Adeo Home Services intends to become the Global Home Services operator of our organization by expanding our instillation services to customers!

Its role is to deliver outstanding services experiences for inhabitants & service providers to develop new business lines, digital solutions and services operations.

This platform is structured on 3 core activities :

1. Service Provider Development

2. Business Development

3. Service Execution (Operations)

And is a global platform made of a 2 main organization areas :

• An Adeo Home Services Corporate Organization

• An Adeo Home Operational Organization by country.

To support the development of ADEO Home services, within the Service Execution Stream we are recruiting a Corporate Project Leader.

This role is a perfect combination of business creativity, operational efficiency and UX mentality.

MISSION

As a member of the Adeo Home Services, Service Execution stream, the Corporate Project leader reports directly to the Head of Service Execution.

The main activities of the Corporate Project Leader on Service Execution are:

1. Design processes linked to Service Execution stream, in co-construction mindset with the Business Units.

2. Identify and design metrics to monitor efficiency of his/her scope (process, products, business activities)

3. Design, evolve and keep updated lean and efficient processes using data science, frameworks & standards that are set within the stream.

4. Closely work with digital & UX teams to design Digitals solutions to deliver outstanding Users experiences.

5. Accompany and support the community of country project leaders to manage and adopt the change in process / tools /etc …

6. Monitor and continuously improve processes and solutions with a mindset of value creation.

The Corporate Project Leader is accountable for :

• Product evolution and OKRs linked to his scope

• Business process and associated metrics

• Interdependencies with other products/business verticals

• Maturity of the processes of his/her scopes all over the countries.
  

Occasional travel to our European Business Units is required for the role

PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have the following assets and skills:

• Familiarity with task management workflow

• Strong commercial, digital and analytic skills

• Process building with automation and AI

• Solid track record from a similar position within an international environment

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
