Description du poste

Want to join a fast-moving company, among hard-working and convivial teams and execute our global sourcing strategy for professional services ?

We are looking for a Global Category Manager Business Services ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

You will

  • Enable Pernod Ricard to maximize the value across our Professional Services landscape and positively reduce our Global Structure Costs;
  • Maximize value creation along 3 lenses: Buy Better (leverage Pernod Ricard's scale & professional procurement practices) Spend Better (harmonize policies, processes and manage demand tightly), Track Better (spend performance, compliance, sustainability and diversity).
  • Manage and Execute strategic sourcing initiatives for Business Services across all PR affiliates in line with the Business Services category sourcing strategy and roadmap;

Your key missions

  • Execute the Global Pernod Ricard Sourcing Strategy(ies) for Business Services;
    • Deliver value creation along 3 sources of value (Buy Better, Spend Better and Track Better)
    • Embed the Group Sustainability agenda into the Business Services agenda;
    • Prioritize initiatives to maximize benefits & monitor category budget to drive structure costs reduction
    • Responsible for the negotiations with strategic suppliers and delivering cost-effectiveness of Business Services
  • Support key stakeholders in the implementation of transversal ways of working in affiliates and corporate functions;
  • Execute the category strategy and embedding cost consciousness across the different functional areas with efficient category management and mature spend policies
  • Responsible for supplier identification, development and management:
    • Understand supplier market dynamics/intelligence
    • Manage supplier selection processes, supplier base development, and new supplier identification
    • Strategic interface towards suppliers and build strong and strategic supplier relationships
    • Responsible for an aggregated spend of approximately €200m EUR
  • Support the definition of Business Services functional targets and evaluate performance
  • Execute the category strategies for different Business Services spend areas;
  • Actively participate to the Pernod Ricard Procurement transformation (SmartSpend), and execute Business Services transformation workstreams
  • Review playbook and facilitate orchestration of playbook alignment with business

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply!

  • You have indirect procurement professional experience (10+ years);
  • You are experienced in running complex RFPs across multi markets for Indirect Spend areas, for example: HR Services, Legal Services, Consultancy Services, Fleet, Relocation, Tax Advisory, Facilities, Real State, Employee Benefits, etc.
  • You are experienced in building relationship with functional owners and embedding procurement process and performance metrics
  • You are fluent in English

Technical Skills

  • You have experience in building category strategy
  • You have advanced negotiations skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • You have proven experience and capabilities in digital & e-sourcing tools, advanced analytics
