Within Adisseo's Science, Technology and Innovation strategy, the Global Innovation and Customer Success Manager for Ruminants designs, drives, and delivers scientific and technical programs supporting innovation, product development, and customer success. The role combines scientific leadership, field technical expertise, and customer-focused problem solving to develop and implement value-added nutritional solutions for ruminants. It acts as a key interface between Innovation, Commercial teams, academia, and customers, ensuring both scientific excellence and business impact.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the ruminant scientific and innovation strategy, contributing to the technical roadmap and new product/service development.
• Provide scientific expertise in ruminant nutrition and health, ensuring scientific excellence in research programs, trials, methodologies, and data interpretation.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor research activities with internal teams, universities, customers, and strategic partners to generate proof of concept and support product innovation.
• Build and maintain a strong scientific network with universities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders, acting as a scientific liaison between R&I and the broader organization.
• Provide advanced technical support to regional teams and customers, supporting field issue resolution.
• Develop and communicate scientific knowledge through publications, conferences, technical content, training, and internal/external knowledge transfer.
• Manage scientific projects by ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• PhD in ruminant nutrition or related field with at least 7 years of experience in R&I and technical support functions.
• Strong expertise in ruminant nutrition and digestive physiology, with advanced knowledge of amino acid (AA) balancing.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with nutritional modeling systems, particularly CNCPS, including ration formulation and nutrient supply-demand balancing. Knowledge of other nutritional systems will be plus
• Strong knowledge of the feed industry, rumen fermentation dynamics, and their application in product development.
• Proven experience in research trial design, execution, and data analysis, ensuring scientific rigor and actionable interpretation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver results in complex environments.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex nutritional and physiological concepts into clear and impactful messages.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with academia, industry partners, and key opinion leaders.
• Willingness to travel internationally (40%)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
