MISSIONS
Within a dynamic Legal Department and under the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be in charge of the following main missions:
* Deployment of Axens' Integrity program in particular anti-corruption, competition and international sanctions
* Identify and qualify third parties at risk (Third Party Risk Management: research/screening/due diligence)
* Participate in the development of Tools and deployment of Compliance training for Group employees
* Conducting legal research and analysis in the areas of law covered by the compliance programs of the Group; preparing recommendations for Axens' management
* Draft and negotiate compliance-related contractual clauses with internal and external clients
* Advise operational staff on compliance issues and the implementation of the Group's Integrity program
* Participate in Group compliance committees and compliance audits (Sapin II)
* Work in task force about Export Control Matter, a skill to be developed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
You hold a master's degree in law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field in Compliance and Business Ethics.
Experience:
You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including solid experience in Compliance within a multinational company, as this role has a strong international business focus.
Skills:
You are fluent in English and have excellent professional writing skills.
You have experience using third-party compliance screening databases.
You are proficient in digital tools, and you have a good understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
To succeed in this role, you demonstrate objectivity, rigor, pragmatism, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities and urgent matters effectively.
You are a team player and will quickly integrate into the organization by collaborating with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the Compliance Department.
