We are looking for an entry-level professional to join our Group Talent team in a broad and stimulating role at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Talent Management.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in global HR topics, contribute to team priorities, support reporting and coordination activities, and learn from high-visibility projects led by the Head of Group Talent Management.
We are looking for an entry-level professional to join our Group Talent team in a broad and stimulating role at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Talent Management.
Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment reporting and team coordination at Group level by helping consolidate data, track recruitment activity, update dashboards, prepare meeting materials, and contribute to audit or governance-related follow-up actions.
* Employer Branding: Support the monitoring of employer branding initiatives by helping collect information, prepare regular reports, and contribute to tracking key activities and results.
* Talent Management projects: Contribute to strategic Talent initiatives by supporting project coordination, preparing materials, carrying out research, and assisting with selected cross-functional projects led by the Group Talent team.
* Talent processes: Support the smooth running of key Talent Management processes by helping with coordination, follow-up, data updates, and preparation of related materials.
* Learning & Development: Help coordinate exchanges between Group Talent and SCOR U by supporting information sharing, follow-up, and communication on Learning & Development topics.
* Executive and team support: Support the Head of Group Talent Management in preparing presentations, organizing team activities, and contributing to the smooth running of team routines and initiatives.

* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
* Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage several tasks in parallel.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations and documents.
* A curious, proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong interest in talent topics and people development.
* Good command of PowerPoint and Excel, and willingness to learn in an international and fast-paced environment.
* Master Co-Pilot - AI basics
