YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US

Within the framework of strategic expansion, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Certification division, a permanent contract QHSE & Digital Market Leader.

Reporting to the Global Certification Director, you will join a high-performing team based in Courbevoie, France. You will interact primarily with our international clients and certification stakeholders across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS

Your mission is to lead the strategic development and global expansion of Bureau Veritas QHSE & Digital certification services portfolio while positioning the company as the industry leader. Your role is essential to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in certification markets.

You will:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain the Groups leadership in QHSE certification markets while driving expansion in digital certification domains (Information Security, Artificial Intelligence)
• Create and launch new market-driven certification offerings from business planning to full implementation, including building Internal Competence Centers and training auditor networks
• Lead and animate a global network of certification leaders to drive collaboration, knowledge transfer, and best practice sharing across regions
• Influence strategic discussions with key stakeholders to develop new projects and improve existing sales and operational certification processes
• Establish strategic relationships with international certification scheme owners to build business plans aligned with group growth targets
• Develop compelling sales and marketing materials (webinars, white papers, sales tools) in coordination with the marketing team to promote QHSE & Digital certification services globally

PROFILE & SKILLS REQUIRED
