Your key missions:

• Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.

• Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need.

• Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes, adopt best practices, and drive innovation.

• You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey ideas, actively listen, and resolve conflicts.

• You excel in facilitation, guiding discussions, managing time, and keeping everyone engaged.

• With 3+ years of experience, you are an experienced coach who can mentor team members and promote professional development.

• You have strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to change, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative culture.

• You are knowledgeable about the Scrum framework, including its principles, roles, and artifacts, and hold a relevant certification.
