Your key missions:
Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.
Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need.
Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes, adopt best practices, and drive innovation.

You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey ideas, actively listen, and resolve conflicts.
You excel in facilitation, guiding discussions, managing time, and keeping everyone engaged.
With 3+ years of experience, you are an experienced coach who can mentor team members and promote professional development.
You have strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to change, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative culture.
You are knowledgeable about the Scrum framework, including its principles, roles, and artifacts, and hold a relevant certification.
