- To define the marketing and communications plan for the hotel and its different profit centres at place, area, country and international levels as well as B2B and B2C.
- To implement actions contained in the marketing and communications plans and produce and/or supervise the production of any marketing and communications material.
- To increase the hotel's exposure in external communications networks, and build up a good working relationship with the press and local media.
- To set up a sponsoring and local partnerships policy.
- To optimize and promote the ALL loyalty programme.
- To work closely and update E-commerce of all communication actions.
- PR activities for the hotel.
- Internal communication: provide guidelines for the staff when launching new brand concepts or partnership.
- Represent the hotel in the media and other relevant occasions.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage teams for hotel promotions and provide reports on the activities.
- Work closely with HR to develop and support internal communication.
- Online and print collateral management.
- Responsible of the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases, hotel factsheet, advertisements and publicity materials, restaurant menus)
