• Να υποδέχεστε και να τοποθετείτε τους επισκέπτες με ζεστό και επαγγελματικό τρόπο
• Λαμβάνετε ακριβείς παραγγελίες φαγητών και ποτών, επιδεικνύοντας γνώση των στοιχείων του μενού
• Σερβίρετε τα φαγητά και τα ποτά άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά
• Προβλέπετε τις ανάγκες των πελατών και ανταποκρίνεστε εγκαίρως στα αιτήματα.
• Να επεξεργάζεστε τις πληρωμές και να χειρίζεστε με ακρίβεια τα συστήματα POS

• Να τηρείτε πάντοτε τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας και υγιεινής των τροφίμων.
• Βοηθάτε σε δευτερεύοντα καθήκοντα εργασίας, όπως η ανανέωση των προμηθειών και το στρώσιμο των τραπεζιών
• Να παρέχετε χρήσιμες συστάσεις και να κάνετε upsell όταν χρειάζεται.

• Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής αλληλεπίδρασης με τους επισκέπτες και τα μέλη της ομάδας
• Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες πολλαπλών εργασιών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
• Βασικές μαθηματικές δεξιότητες για το χειρισμό συναλλαγών με μετρητά και πιστώσεις
• Γνώση των πρακτικών ασφάλειας και υγιεινής των τροφίμων
• Εξοικείωση με τα συστήματα POS
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς και χειρισμού καταστάσεων υψηλής πίεσης
• Ευελιξία στην εργασία σε διάφορες βάρδιες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των απογευμάτων, των Σαββατοκύριακων και των αργιών
• Απολυτήριο IEK ή σχολής τουριστικών επαγγελμάτων
• Απαραίτητη προηγούμενη εμπειρία στην υπηρεσία τροφίμων ή στη φιλοξενία
• Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας για την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με ντόπιους και διεθνείς επισκέπτες
